Rochelle Redus joined the Disability Services Staff in 2010. She received her Master of Social Work Degree from UA-Little Rock in 2009 and Masters of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership from UA-Fayetteville in 2004.

She is currently seeking a Doctorate in Education Organizational Leadership with an Emphasis in Behavioral Health. Rochelle has served on the Ark-Ahead board for three terms, is UA-PTC's ACHWE delegate and UA-PTC AAWTYC Past President.

Cindi Holleman joined the UA-PTC Disability Services team in 2011. She holds a Master of Education from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Cindi is passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities on their journey to achieve their academic and career goals. She  has 15 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities. Her prior experience includes working with clients with developmental, intellectual and mental disabilities as a case manager/coordinator for a community based program and program coordinator for a residential facility.

Cindi is an active member of the Arkansas affiliate of the Association of Higher Education and Disability (ArkAHEAD) and has served on the board for the Learning Disability Association of Arkansas.

Calvin Kirklin, He received both his Bachelor of Science in Psychology and his Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling degrees from Henderson State University. He is currently working on obtaining his PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from University of the Cumberland’s located in Williamsburg, Kentucky. He began counseling as a practicum student at a residential care facility in 2016 at Split Rail Residential Care Facility located in Prescott, Ar. He has worked with juveniles, adults, veterans, sex offenders, and individuals with substance abuse problems at the Garland County Detention Center. He is a member of the Minority Fellowship Program through the National Board for Certified Counselors and the Arkansas Counseling Association. Prior to coming to U of A- Pulaski Tech, Calvin was employed at Behavioral Health Services of Arkansas as a Clinical Therapist. Prior to Calvin being a therapist, he worked at Henderson State University. He worked in residence life from 2010-2014. Between the years of 2014-2017, he oversaw Greek Life, Students Organizations, Student Leadership & Programs. “Psychotherapy is the art of finding the angel of hope in the midst of terror, despair and madness.” This quote is the basis of how I practice. I believe that as a therapist, it is my job and duty to help the client see that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Hope contains the belief that by seeking some sort of help, assistance, or outside influence, change is possible. While practicing, I use an integrated treatment model that includes Reality Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Tamiko Johnson received her Associates of Arts and her Associates of Science degrees from UA-PTC in 2015. She is currently working on her Master of Social Work Degree.

Tamiko is serving a two-year term on UA-PTC's Staff Senate as the Academic Support and Grant Programs Senator.
