Eligibility:

You may qualify if:

• Married or Single
• You’re a Custodial or Non-Custodial parent of a child under 21.
• You receive TEA, SNAP, Medicaid, or ARKids.
• Your household income meets program guidelines.

To seek and increase the access of low-income parents to education credentials and gain workplace skills that qualify them for higher-paying jobs in their local areas that lead to economic self-sufficiency.
