
About La Patisserie
Located inside the UA-PTC Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Institute (CAHMI), La Patisserie can be found on the first floor of the Culinary Arts building. All food is prepared by students in the Artisan Breads, Baking II, and Candies & Chocolate classes. Through their work, students gain hands-on experience in volume bakery production, customer & beverage services, and savory foods.
Hours
La Patisserie is open to students, faculty, staff, and the public during the fall and spring semesters.
The Patisserie will be open from February 10, 2026 - April 30, 2026
The operating schedule will be as follows:
Tuesdays: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Thursdays: 9 a.m. – 1 p.m., operated by the 3D Practicum class
*closed the weeks of March 23 for Spring Break and April 13 in preparation for Diamond Chef.
