Official Transcript Request
To provide a convenient online ordering option for official transcript services, UA – Pulaski Tech has partnered with Parchment Transcript Services (PTS). Through PTS, electronic PDF transcripts, printed mailing services, expedited mailing services, and local pick-up are available. To order an official transcript, visit: Order Official Transcript
Official transcripts are not released to any student with a Business Office hold.
If you are unable to purchase an official transcript through PTS, contact the UA-PTC Office of Records at [email protected].

Order Cancellation
Open orders that have not been processed within 30 days due to a Business Office hold will be cancelled by the UA-PTC Office of Records and your credit card will be refunded by Parchment Inc. in 3-5 business days. For questions regarding the status of refunds, please contact Parchment Inc. at 1 (888) 662-0874.

Un-Official Transcript Request
If you have not been enrolled at UA-PTC in the last two semesters and no longer have access to your un-official transcript, please complete a Document Request Form. Please allow 3-5 business days for fulfillment.
