Summer Tech Science Camps to offer hands-on skills development for teens
UA – Pulaski Tech will host a series of technical science camps for high school-age students in July and August. Classes include Welding, Drafting, Advanced Manufacturing, Electrical Systems, and HVAC.
The dates for the camps are July 22 - 25 and July 29 - Aug 1, Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. – noon. Camps cost $175 per camper per four-day camp.
The camps are open to all high school students who will be entering the 10th, 11th, and 12th grades. Participants will attend four sessions per camp, experiencing hands-on learning activities including AC/DC circuitry, welding a unique metal creation, working with 3D printers to manufacture machinery parts, and much more.
