Microsoft Office Suite - Download for free via Office 365 Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Outlook for PC and Mac. (must be logged into the Campus Portal to download)

The help desk at UA - Pulaski Tech provides an environment where students, faculty, and staff can receive assistance in their use of technology on campus. To meet our mission, we are committed to providing access to high-quality education that promotes student learning and enables individuals to develop to their fullest potential, including with the use of technology.

Services include:

  • Campus e-mail support
  • Wifi assistance
  • Desktop/mobile support *We can assist students with using UA-PTC applications on their computers/mobile devices. However, we are unable to fix any student computers/mobile devices. Faculty and staff can submit a ticket if they have a college device needing tech assistance.
