UA-PTC Students

Foundation Scholarships

All currently enrolled UA-PTC students are eligible to apply for most scholarships; there are still a few that are only available to second-year students (students that have completed more than 30 credit hours). All applications require an essay, letter of recommendation from a UA-PTC faculty or staff member, proof of grades, and proof of financial aid. Please read the application carefully! It is the student’s sole responsibility to insure all eligibility requirements are met and the application is complete.

Scholarship applications for Spring 2024 closed Monday, April 1, 2024. Scholarship applications for Fall 2024 will open in mid-August 2024.

Please read the FAQ’s below carefully for essay instructions and detailed information for completing the application.

No funds will be applied to a student’s account until this letter is received. Failure to comply to this requirement will result in the forfeiture of the scholarship.
  • Unless otherwise noted, the minimum GPA is usually 2.0.
  • Scholarships are for the semester following the interviews. Exceptions are sometimes made so a student can use their money for a summer class.
