UA - Pulaski Tech choir presents spring concert
The University of Arkansas - Pulaski Technical College Choir will present its spring concert at 7 p.m. on May 1 at 7 p.m. in The Center for Humanities and Arts (CHARTS) Theater, located on the Main Campus at 3000 West Scenic Drive in North Little Rock.
The concert is free and open to the public.
The 30-minute program will include music from many traditions: spirituals, broadway, concert and sacred music. This semester's 10 choir members have a wide variety of experience and interests, and some of them will be featured as soloists.
Music instructor Suzanne Loerch directs the choir. Accompaniment will be provided by adjunct music instructor Janine Tiner, who will be playing the college's Kawai Shigeru 9-foot concert grand piano.
