UA-PTC to host annual ACDEC conference

UA-PTC will host the statewide Arkansas Collegiate Drug Education Committee Spring Prevention conference on Friday, April 7. The conference brings together college students from across the state to promote awareness of alcohol and drug dangers and to provide opportunities to develop leadership skills.
More than 100 students from a dozen colleges and universities are planning to attend.
Registration begins at 9 a.m. and the conference runs from 9:45 a.m.-3 p.m.
The conference is free for students and collegiate faculty/staff and includes lunch and giveaways. This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in pursuing careers in law enforcement, social work, psychology, law, healthcare, and similar fields.
