Join Chef Chocla Lea in the kitchen to find out! During class you will learn the basic techniques of creating a sweet dough which include mixing, kneading, rolling, hand shaping your rolls, and properly proofing. You will also see a demonstration on how to make pecan sticky buns. Wait until you taste these warm treats straight out of the oven! Take home a half dozen big cinnamon rolls that you bake, recipes, and the knowledge to recreate these sweet treats at home.
