Action Projects and Annual Updates

AQIP Action Projects serve as a record of an institution’s continuous quality improvement efforts. Projects are undertaken by members of the campus community and should be designed to improve systems and processes that, in turn, further UA-PTC’s mission and goals.

UA-PTC must have three (3) Action Projects in progress at all times. Faculty and staff are encouraged to submit their ideas for improvement projects using the Quality Improvement Short Proposal Form.
