Executive Assistant to the Chancellor
The executive assistant provides administrative support to the chancellor and Board of Visitors. This position assures that the informational, organizational and communication needs of the chancellor's office are met in a timely manner by efficient prioritization of such activities; referring requests to other positions as appropriate; resolving matters personally as appropriate; scheduling appointments and meetings; handling telephone traffic; and processing mail.
